Alfred Arambhan

A serial entrepreneur with over 35 years of international experience, Alfred brings deep expertise in investment banking, healthcare innovation, and large-scale execution. He is leading breakthrough initiatives including the world’s first smart device for early detection of peripheral artery disease and India’s first indigenously developed home dialysis machine.

Alfred’s track record spans medical technology, preventive healthcare, and large infrastructure projects, including a 150-acre integrated township. His leadership anchors the Fund’s focus on affordable, scalable, and impactful innovation.

Amos Dor

Amos is a senior technology executive and recognized expert in Israeli Air Force history, combining military-grade systems thinking with deep industrial execution. As General Manager and CTO for Pharma Solutions at Applied Materials, he leads global Industry 4.0 and SmartFactory initiatives for biopharmaceutical manufacturing.

His background in high-reliability systems, digital manufacturing, and operational rigor strengthens the Fund’s ability to scale complex, mission-critical technologies.

Baljit Singh

A technology entrepreneur and sustainability leader, Baljit brings expertise in microelectronics, semiconductor manufacturing, and environmental science. His work bridges advanced technology with climate responsibility, ensuring that the Fund remains deeply aligned with NetZero, ESG, and ethical innovation principles.

Carter Hall

Carter Hall is a seasoned semiconductor operations and manufacturing executive with deep expertise in fab operations, semiconductor process engineering, and cost-of-ownership optimization. He brings decades of hands-on experience in building, operating, and scaling advanced semiconductor manufacturing environments.

With a strong technical foundation from the University of Houston in Electronic Technology, Carter has led complex fab operations and driven operational excellence across semiconductor facilities, focusing on efficiency, reliability, and capital optimization.

As General Partner of the Dhurandhar PurePlanet Fund, Carter contributes critical operational leadership and manufacturing discipline to help scale SDG-aligned deep-tech and cleantech ventures from prototype to industrial deployment. His expertise in cost-of-ownership optimization and industrial execution supports portfolio companies transitioning from prototype to production.

Ravinder Singh

Ravinder is a senior financial services executive with over 29 years of experience across wealth management, investment banking, and structured finance. He has held leadership roles including Managing Director, CEO, and Director at leading global institutions such as Klay Securities, Credit Suisse, BNP Paribas, Barclays India, and HSBC.

His expertise spans deal origination, transaction structuring, distribution, and complex negotiations with private clients, corporate investors, and regional conglomerates. Ravi has led growth initiatives including investments, acquisitions, and strategic alliances across multiple geographies.

Known for driving organizational transformation and delivering consistent business results, Ravi brings a strong strategic and commercial mindset, deep financial analysis capabilities, and rigorous execution discipline.

Rony Greenberg

Rony is Strategy and Corporate Development executive with deep experience driving enterprise value through growth strategy, strategic partnerships, and M&A in global technology companies. Rony work closely with boards, CEOs, and investors to define long-term strategy, prioritize capital allocation, and scale revenue across enterprise and OEM markets.

Rony background spans building eight-figure ARR businesses, structuring high-impact strategic alliances, and supporting fundraising, acquisitions, and exit-driven initiatives. Rony bring a disciplined, execution-focused approach to strategy—bridging technology, markets, and financial outcomes to deliver sustainable growth and shareholder value. His experience building eight-figure ARR businesses and supporting exits strengthens the Fund’s long-term value creation and liquidity pathways.

Sanjay Minocha

Sanjay is a seasoned serial entrepreneur with over three decades of global experience in building and scaling businesses across the IT and core engineering sectors in the United States, India, and Singapore. A graduate of BITS Pilani, where he earned both his Bachelor’s in Engineering and Master’s in Science, Sanjay has founded multiple successful ventures, several of which have achieved notable exits.

He has led companies such as Accrete Hitech Solutions, Aarman Inc., and Skytech Consulting, transforming them into global enterprises serving Fortune 500 clients through innovative onsite-offshore delivery models. His early venture in India, Computer Center, became one of Northern India’s leading system integrators before its successful sale.

Beyond business, Sanjay is a private pilot and an avid sports enthusiast. He is deeply committed to philanthropy, currently supporting education initiatives for underprivileged children in Gurgaon. Known for his strategic vision and execution excellence, Sanjay continues to be an influential leader and mentor in the global technology and entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Amit Inamdar

Fund Manager | Amit is a seasoned professional whose career spans over four decades across semiconductor engineering, global business leadership, and real estate. A Chemical Engineering graduate from the Institute of Chemical Technology (Mumbai), he further earned a master’s degree in chemical engineering and an MBA in the United States, building a strong foundation in both technology and business.

Amit began his career in the semiconductor industry with leading organizations such as Philips Semiconductors, AlliedSignal, and Honeywell Electronic Materials, where he drove significant growth, including a fourfold increase in Asia-Pacific revenues. He later founded IC COMP International, a semiconductor automation company, successfully scaling and exiting the business in 1999.

Since 2001, Amit has been a trusted name in Silicon Valley real estate as the Broker/Owner of Own Sweet Home Realty. Known for his analytical, data-driven approach, he has helped hundreds of clients navigate buying, selling, and financing decisions. A former member of the Forbes Real Estate Council (2019–2021) and host of the radio show “Power Hour with Amit Inamdar,” he continues to provide expert market insights and personalized service.

A Certified Real Estate Negotiations Expert (CNE), Amit combines technical precision with a client-first mindset, making him a respected leader in the Bay Area real estate community.
